What does the sales process at Soest look like?

We discuss your needs and production requirements to find the best solution. Based on this, we prepare a quote including descriptions of the machines, specifications, additional options, prices, and delivery terms. If desired, you can see a demonstration of our machines at our Test Center, where we can even work with your own products. This allows you to get a clear understanding of what it’s like to produce with our machines. Once we reach an agreement, we will start producing the machines. When the machines are delivered, we can install them on-site. Your staff can be trained either at our facility or on-site to operate, clean, and perform minor maintenance on the machines.
Are the machines easy to integrate into an existing production process?

Yes, our machines are modularly designed and can be easily integrated into existing production lines. Our team provides advice and support for implementation. However, it is essential for us to have specifications of your existing machines to tailor the construction of our machines accordingly. This includes details such as working height, production speed, maximum clearance height, etc.
