Roller coater - RC and RC-L

Ensure flawless and even coating on wood, MDF, and other surfaces with our advanced roller coater. Designed for furniture, flooring, and panel manufacturers seeking superior finish quality and optimized production speed. Suitable for applying waterbased, UV, LED based oil, lye, stain, or lacquer. The RC-L model is an extension of the RC model, designed specifically for (UV) lacquer application. For this, both the dosing roller and the application roller are equipped with blades, and the dosing roller can rotate in the opposite direction. The RC-L model also comes standard with a pump. For small production runs with frequent color changes, it is possible to fill the coating only between the rollers, allowing the machine to be cleaned within minutes.   • What does the sales process at Soest look like?
    We discuss your needs and production requirements to find the best solution. Based on this, we prepare a quote including descriptions of the machines, specifications, additional options, prices, and delivery terms. If desired, you can see a demonstration of our machines at our Test Center, where we can even work with your own products. This allows you to get a clear understanding of what it’s like to produce with our machines. Once we reach an agreement, we will start producing the machines. When the machines are delivered, we can install them on-site. Your staff can be trained either at our facility or on-site to operate, clean, and perform minor maintenance on the machines.
  • Are the machines easy to integrate into an existing production process?
    Yes, our machines are modularly designed and can be easily integrated into existing production lines. Our team provides advice and support for implementation. However, it is essential for us to have specifications of your existing machines to tailor the construction of our machines accordingly. This includes details such as working height, production speed, maximum clearance height, etc.
  • How do I know which machine is suitable for my production process?
    To answer this question, we would need to learn more about your needs and production requirements. This way, we can advise you on selecting the most efficient and cost-effective machines.
  • Do you also provide installation and training for purchased machines?
