Challenge

A Belgian timber processor wanted to apply its coatings with an automatic spraying machine.

Solution

We supplied an automatic spraying machine AS-300. In the AS, the spray booth sits between two conveyor belts, and the automatic spray guns are controlled by photocells and time relays, which limits overspray. The installation was carried out in two phases, in January and February 2026.

Result

The AS-300 was installed in two phases in January and February 2026.
