An automatic drying line is a continuous tunnel in which coated or glued workpieces travel on a belt through one or more drying or curing zones. Depending on the coating these zones use warm air, infrared or UV/LED lamps, often after a flash-off section. Line speed and tunnel length together set the drying time, so the line can be sized to the output of the coating machines.
