Machinery for building and construction material production and processing. Engineered for demanding production environments.

Construction

For building products such as doors, construction panels, skirtings, moldings and wall cladding, Soest builds machines that glue, press, coat, texture and dry in a continuous line.

Doors and construction panels start at the glue spreader: the single-sided DRM cold glue roller coater bonds facing and decorative layers onto cores up to 100 mm thick with PU or UF adhesive, on machine widths up to 3,200 mm. The T flat press then bonds laminates and facing layers under uniform full-surface pressure, dimensioned to your product size.

For coating, the VG curtain coating machine gives doors and panels a smooth, closed lacquer film in one pass at up to 130 m/min. Skirtings and moldings run through the AS automatic spraying machine at up to 150 m/min, and the SG inclined curtain coating machine coats the face and one side of a profile in a single feed. Wall cladding gets its texture on the SBL structure brushing machine, often followed by colored oil for a two-tone surface.

An air/IR drying tunnel dries water-based lacquers in-line, and a UV drying tunnel cures UV coatings in seconds.
