Laminating foil or thin sheet material onto a panel takes an exact adhesive film, accurate lay-up and the right pressure. Soest builds a machine for each step and links them into one line.
The hotmelt roller coater applies PUR, EVA/polyolefin or PSA adhesive with heated rollers that adjust in 0.01 mm steps, so the glue film stays exact on every material. Hotmelt contains no water, so the panels stay flat. For cold-glue work, the single-sided DRM applies PVAc, PU or UF adhesive on machine widths up to 3,200 mm.
Between glue spreader and press, the INDEX system aligns each glued panel against a fixed reference edge and stops it in position for the top layer. The CAL roller press then bonds the assembly in-line; the single-roller version suits flexible sheet materials such as HPL, aluminum and PVC. Where uniform full-surface pressure is needed, the T flat press is built to your plate size and pressing force. TR roller conveyors link the stations at line height.
