This ex-showroom roller coater is a great choice for furniture, flooring and panel manufacturers looking for consistent coating quality and increased production efficiency. It is suitable for applying waterbased coatings, UV or LED based oils, lye, stain and lacquer on wood, MDF and other flat materials.

This showroom machine is the RC-F-400 with lacquer blades, specifically designed for lacquer applications. Both the application roller and the dosing roller are equipped with blades, and the dosing roller can rotate in reverse for better control. A recirculation pump is included with this machine.

For small production runs or frequent color changes, it is possible to apply coating only between the rollers. This allows for quick cleaning, often within just a few minutes.

The machine has been fully inspected and is ready for immediate use.
