This used UV Drying Tunnel is perfect for accelerating the curing process of wood coatings such as oils and lacquers designed for UV light. It offers reliable performance and helps reduce production time while ensuring a high quality, durable finish.

UV light activates photo initiators in the coating, allowing it to cure within seconds. Depending on your application, this tunnel can be configured with one or more UV lamps to match production speed, coating thickness, and whether the product is transparent or pigmented.

The machine comes with a heat and UV resistant mesh belt. The UV lamps are adjustable in height and intensity (50 to 100 percent), and angled lamp setups are possible for curing coated sides of panels, tabletops and similar products.

This UV Drying Tunnel is fully inspected and ready for use.
